Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HORECA Sales Executive role located in Lucknow. The HORECA Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the hospitality, restaurant, and café sectors. The role involves building relationships with potential and existing clients, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The candidate will be expected to provide industry insights to improve sales strategies, manage client portfolios, and work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, specifically within the HORECA sector, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and client relationship management
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the hospitality and restaurant industries
- Basic knowledge of coffee products, brewing methods, and industry trends is an advantage
- Capacity to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with the team
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required
