Role: HORECA Manager (with E-Commerce Operations)
Location: Hyderabad
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven professional to lead our B2B, HORECA, and Corporate Sales vertical while also overseeing our growing e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and manage partnerships with Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés (HORECA)
• Develop and expand corporate & institutional B2B accounts
• Drive bulk sales and recurring business strategies
• Oversee daily online order management across our website and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
• Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and logistics teams for seamless order fulfilment
• Monitor customer queries, resolve escalations, and ensure excellent service
• Track performance metrics and maintain SLAs
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in B2B / HORECA sales (FMCG, food, or beverage industry preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills
• Exposure to e-commerce operations is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple channels and clients efficiently
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized
