JOB DESCRIPTION
Designation: Key Account Executive - HORECA
Company's Location: Sector - 155, Noida
Role: B2B, Direct Sales & Account Management
Your Goal
To get our products stocked in as many cafés and restaurants as possible. You will find new customers, negotiate prices, and make sure they keep ordering from us regularly.
What You Will Do:
* Find New Customers: Pitch our products to owners and purchase managers.
* Close Deals: Negotiate bulk prices and credit terms to sign up new accounts.
* Manage Orders: Ensure your customers never run out of stock by tracking their weekly requirements.
* Collect Payments: Make sure all bills are paid on time and manage the payment collection process.
* Beat Competition: Keep an eye on what other brands are offering and ensure our brand stays the preferred choice.
* Report Progress: Share daily updates on sales visits and targets achieved using our mobile app.
What We Are Looking For:
* Experience: (FMCG or food industry experience is a big plus).
* Communication: You should be able to talk confidently and build friendly professional relationships.
* Hustle: A "can-do" attitude—you enjoy being on the field and meeting new people every day.
