HOPEX Customization Developer - Digital & Innovation
Role
HOPEX Customization Developer
Key Responsibilities
· Customize and configure the HOPEX platform using scripting, meta-model extensions, and workflows
· Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and user interfaces within HOPEX
· Implement business rules, forms, and automation workflows
· Integrate HOPEX with external systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, ITSM tools) via APIs
· Perform data migration, data modeling, and repository management
· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HOPEX customization
· Collaborate with enterprise architects, business analysts, and stakeholders
· Participate in upgrades, patches, and performance optimization
Qualification and Certifications
- Strong experience with MEGA HOPEX development/customization
- Knowledge of VBScript (HOPEX scripting)
- Experience with APIs, web services (REST/SOAP)
- Understanding of meta-modeling and enterprise architecture tools
- Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF).
- Certification or hands-on experience in HOPEX modules.
