Resident

Description

Hope Residency is a ministry training opportunity for high-capacity young professionals who are navigating their next steps in vocational ministry leadership. Over the course of 11 months, residents are challenged to grow in personal leadership, relational leadership, and spiritual leadership, gaining practical experience in a ministry position working side by side with church leadership and a personal mentor.

Qualifications

• • Be at least two years out of high school before they begin their residency term. 
  • Have a significant measure of spiritual, emotional, and relational maturity.
  • Be committed to and invested in the process of personal and professional development through their 11-month term.
