What needs to be accomplished:


  • Assist lead HVAC installers with the setup and installation of residential systems, including:
  • Furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, ventilation, and thermostats.
  • Support safe and accurate installation practices, ensuring work is completed to code and company standards.
  • Communicate with homeowners to explain the scope of work, answer basic questions, and set clear expectations.
  • Proactively support the installation of air quality products (humidifiers, UV lights, filtration systems, etc.) and other comfort add-ons.
  • Help conduct full-home walk-throughs and safety checks (typically 60–90 minutes per visit) to support lead technicians.
  • Document completed work and assist with preparing quotes or invoices using company software (ServiceTitan).
  • Participate in ongoing training programs to grow your technical skills, job site efficiency, and customer service confidence.

  • Support the successful completion of the Installs each day
  • Assist in achieving a high standard of workmanship with minimal rework.
  • Ensure every job includes a completed safety inspection and proper system startup.
  • Help promote air quality upgrades and membership plans through education and enthusiasm.
  • Maintain a callback/revisit rate under 3% by focusing on quality and attention to detail.
  • Foster positive homeowner relationships by being respectful, professional, and reliable on every visit.

Requirements

  • EAP certification a plus
  • 1+ years of hands-on residential HVAC experience
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus
  • Boiler experience is a plus
