We are currently seeking a Lead Machine Learning Engineer to join our team at our office in JP Nagar, Bangalore. In this role, you will lead and drive the development of cutting-edge machine learning models, working on impactful projects that harness the power of AI. Key Responsibilities:

1. Model Development & Optimization: Lead the development and deployment of machine learning models, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and optimized for real-world applications.
2. Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and deliver machine learning solutions that meet those goals.
4. Model Evaluation: Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of machine learning models, making improvements as necessary.
5. R&D: Stay at the forefront of advancements in machine learning and AI, bringing innovative ideas and techniques to the table.
6. Scalable Systems: Design and implement scalable machine learning systems that can be seamlessly integrated into larger software applications.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, with a focus on leading projects or teams.
2. Strong expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
3. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with experience in data processing libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
4. Experience in deploying machine learning models in production environments and scaling them efficiently.
5. Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and MLOps practices.
6. Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
