AI Engineer, AI Modeling

We're a startup at the intersection of video AI and social media, with experienced serial entrepreneurs, a world-class team, and solid financial backing. We're looking for an AI Engineer to own the design and development of systems that integrate multiple modalities—video, image, text, and audio—into unified, generative AI experiences. What You'll Do: Design and train large-scale multimodal models that can understand and generate across video, image, text, and audio domains. Develop intelligent systems that support content generation, recommendation, moderation, and personalization. Work closely with product and design to prototype features, iterate quickly, and ship production-grade models. Collaborate with infrastructure engineers to optimize training pipelines and model inference on scalable cloud platforms. Stay on the bleeding edge of generative and multimodal AI research. Building & maintaining model training infrastructures, data pipelines, evaluation systems, etc. What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Strong experience in machine learning, deep learning, or applied AI. Hands-on experience building and deploying models using PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, or similar frameworks. Strong software engineering skills, including experience writing production-quality code and working in collaborative codebases. Experience with cloud services (GCP, AWS) and model deployment tools (e.g., Docker, Ray, Kubernetes). A deep curiosity for generative media, expressive AI, and building products that spark creativity.
