YOU MUST HAVE
- 2 or more years of HVAC Building Automation experience
- 2 or more years of experience as a Niagara Technician or in a similar Software experience
- In-depth knowledge of Niagara building automation systems
- In-depth knowledge of control systems, plans, specifications, and solid understanding of contracting relationships
- Competent in MS Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook
- Excellent customer service skills with experience in technical phone or onsite customer support including good interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to travel both locally to customer sites and overnight up to 25% as workload demands
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record ability to pass background check
