About the role
Honeywell's Connected Enterprise (HCE) is looking for a Senior Advanced UX Designer to join our UX team. In this role, you will collaborate with product leaders, developers, designers, and customers to design intuitive, impactful software solutions. Your work will directly enhance user experiences, driving business success while solving real-world problems for our customers.
As a Senior Advanced UX Designer, you will:
· Lead the design process from discovery through implementation, ensuring a user-centered approach at every stage.
· Collaborate with product leaders to define and prioritize business and customer needs.
· Partner with UX researchers to uncover user insights and advocate for customer needs in design decisions.
· Work closely with developers to bring designs to life while maintaining usability and consistency.
· Map out user journeys with flow diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes to improve product usability.
· Design, implement, and validate user interfaces for scalable applications across desktop and mobile platforms.
· Document functional requirements to communicate design rationale and guide development.
· Champion and evolve the Forge UX Design System to create a consistent, accessible and recognizable Honeywell experience.
· Conduct user research and usability testing to validate designs and measure UX metrics
· Mentor and lead designers and researchers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
