Job Title: Logistics Associate
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, transporters and warehouse.
- Ensure on-time delivery of shipments by closely monitoring transit schedules.
- Coordinate internally & externally as per the requirement.
- Packing & Dispatch Planning & execution of all the products.
- Knowledge of Documentation & process for domestic shipments.
- Daily e-invoicing, e-way bill creation, BOE posting
- Dispatch of consignments, Freight Monitoring and Freight management
- Vehicle arrangement and alignment with courier companies
- Manage / tracking dispatches and customer disputes
- Shipment updation in excel sheet and tracking till delivery.
- Overseeing the movement of goods.
- Track shipments in real time and take proactive measures for timely deliveries.
- Identify and penalize forwarders for late deliveries as per agreement terms.
Requirements
- Any Graduate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business Administration (preferred).
- 3~6 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain support roles.
- Basic proficiency in logistics software (e.g., WMS, SAP, ERP) is a plus and strong MS Office skills.
- Strong understanding of transportation, inventory management, and supply chain fundamentals.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
