We work closely with a global network of channel partners-distributors, system integrators, and resellers-supported by our Global Channel Excellence team.

We are seeking Channel Excellence Specialist here to support the execution of our Channel Partner Program in the region. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career to gain exposure to commercial operations, reporting, and strategic support in a global technology company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of the Channel Partner Program by assisting with reporting, data analysis, and process coordination.
  • Monitor and analyze channel partner performance metrics, including engagement, retention, and program participation.
  • Assist in preparing regular reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and leadership reviews.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to gather market intelligence and support strategic planning efforts.
  • Help coordinate partner tier alignment and program updates across the region.
  • Support the adoption and usage of digital tools such as the partner portal by providing training materials and user feedback.
  • Contribute to competitive analysis and benchmarking efforts in collaboration with senior team members.
  • Assist in tracking Marketing Development Fund (MDF) usage and ROI metrics.


YOU MUST HAVE

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, sales operations, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required (experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
  • Interest in commercial strategy, market intelligence, and working in a matrixed, global environment.
