Job Title: Apprentice - Business Administration

Location: Yeovil, 37 per week, Monday to Friday

Assessment day: 18 th February 2026

Start Date: 10 th August 2026

Job Summary

As a Business Administration Apprentice at Honeywell, in Yeovil, you will have the opportunity to gain a range of nationally recognised qualifications and a hands-on learning experience within our supportive and friendly teams.

This role is part of our Early Careers Relations program, designed to help people launch their careers with hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities for growth within Honeywell. This apprenticeship is set up for a duration of 4 years starting from 10 th August 2026.

• You will support a fast-paced, complex business operation and develop all the technical and soft skills required to perform in a professional role.
• Year 1 & 2: Honeywell will provide you with the college courses to gain an Advanced Apprenticeship in Business Administration at NVQ Level 3
• Year 3 & 4: You will move on to a Level 4 NVQ in a area of study relevant to your career path
• Business administration covers a wide range of areas and responsibilities, you’ll work in roles within Materials Management, Operational Excellence, Software Engineering and Operations
  
  

Key Skills And Qualifications

• Four GCSE’s at Grade 4/C and above or equivalent; must include Maths, Science and English.
• An interest in aerospace would be advantageous
• Passion for business management and making a positive difference
• Full and permanent right to work in the UK
• Live within an easy commute of our Yeovil office
