Job Title: Pre-Kindergarten Teacher


Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Pre-Kindergarten Teacher to support the growth and development of young learners. The ideal candidate will create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment that fosters social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth in children ages 3–5.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards and our curriculum
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
  • Encourage curiosity, creativity, and independence through play-based and structured learning activities
  • Monitor and assess student progress
  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities
  • Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement and effective conscious discipline strategies 
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all students at all times
  • Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings, trainings, and school events
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment

Work Environment:

  • Classroom-based setting with active, hands-on engagement
  • May require lifting, bending, and extended periods of standing
  • Collaborative and team-oriented atmosphere

Requirements

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field 
  • Previous experience working with young children in a classroom or childcare setting
  • Strong understanding of child development principles and early learning standards
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children
