<li>Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working entirely on commission</li>
<li>Exceptional communicator — professional, trustworthy, and persuasive</li>
<li>Comfortable presenting financing options and guiding homeowners through financial decisions</li>
<li>Smartphone and CRM proficient — you will use digital tools every day</li>
<li>Valid Michigan driver's license with clean driving record</li>
<li>Licensed as a Michigan Residential Builder Salesperson, or committed to obtaining licensure — we will pay for your license and support you through the entire process</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent </li>
