Job Purpose Manufacturing Engineer will support engineering changes within the Assembly department by understanding the change, communicating with affected teams and updating necessary systems. They will be working with 3D model and using actual parts to identify problems, perform analysis, determine root causes and set countermeasure direction if needed Key Accountabilities Engineering changes: summarize, update systems, and communicate. Problem solving: understand and solve assembly product issues using CATIA, Process control information (PDDA) and support groups. Identify problems Perform analysis Determine root cause Set countermeasures Bill of Material (BOM) Management: Investigate BOM issues, update sub-assemblies in Catia Strive for continuous improvement through cycling PDCA to ensure department metrics are achieved Analyse and Evaluate Product drawings for Minor New Model years
