About the Role


This is your chance to lead the digital charge for one of Australia's fastest-growing lifestyle brands. As Head of Digital Marketing, you’ll set and execute Hommey’s global digital strategy — from performance and retention marketing to eCommerce optimisation and customer lifecycle journeys.


You’ll lead with creativity and data, scale our digital presence across channels, and build experiences that convert and resonate. You’ll mentor a passionate team, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure every touchpoint reflects Hommey’s distinct voice and bold ambition.


We're looking for a strategic thinker with a builder mindset — someone who can turn insights into action, campaigns into conversations, and clicks into loyal customers.


Responsibilities


  • Own and evolve Hommey’s full-funnel digital marketing strategy across performance, CRM, and eCommerce
  • Lead paid acquisition and retention programs across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Klaviyo
  • Drive eCommerce growth with a focus on CRO, UX/UI, and regional expansion
  • Translate insights into action through intuitive reporting and data-led experimentation
  • Collaborate with creative, brand, and product teams to align on storytelling and execution
  • Inspire and develop a high-performing in-house team while managing agency partners
  • Champion new technologies and bold ideas that challenge the status quo
  • Ensure a seamless, on-brand customer experience across all digital touchpoints
  • About You8+ years in digital, performance, or growth marketing roles — ideally in D2C or lifestyle brands
  • Proven track record scaling online businesses through both brand and performance
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, GA4, Klaviyo, Meta Suite, and CRO tools
  • Analytical but creative — you get the numbers, but you also get the narrative
  • A natural leader with strong EQ and a collaborative, results-focused style
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments and love wearing multiple hats
  • Excited by a brand with big goals and the freedom to try bold things
