<li>Build and manage caregiver schedules to ensure all client shifts are covered</li>
<li>Coordinate last-minute call-offs, schedule changes, and urgent staffing needs</li>
<li>Match caregivers to clients based on skills, availability, personality, and care needs</li>
<li>Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation</li>
<li>Monitor overtime, availability, and staffing efficiency</li>
</ul><div>Client & Caregiver Coordination<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, families, and caregivers</li>
<li>Communicate schedule updates and care information clearly and professionally</li>
<li>Support caregiver engagement, retention, and accountability</li>
<li>Help ensure high-quality client care and satisfaction</li>
<li>Assist with onboarding coordination and caregiver introductions</li>
</ul><div>Operations & Administrative Support<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Maintain accurate client and caregiver information in scheduling software</li>
<li>Support care plan updates and service coordination</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with the office staff and the leadership team</li>
<li>Help ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards</li>
<li>Assist with after-hours or on-call support as needed</li>
</ul><h1>What We’re Looking For</h1><div>Required Qualifications<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Previous scheduling, staffing, coordination, or customer service experience</li>
<li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li>
<li>Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities</li>
<li>Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure</li>
<li>Proficiency with computers, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace</li>
<li>Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused</li>
</ul><div>Preferred Qualifications<br><br>

<li>Experience in home care, healthcare, medical staffing, or senior services</li>
<li>Knowledge of caregiver scheduling and client coordination</li>
<li>Experience with scheduling software or home care management systems</li>
<li>Bilingual skills are a plus</li>
