<strong>Registered Nurse (RN) – Flexible, Per-Assessment Role</strong><br><em>Ideal for a retired or semi-retired nurse who still wants to make an impact</em>
</div><div>I’m looking for a Registered Nurse to join me at HomeWell Care Services here in the Wilmington/Carolina Beach area. This is not a corporate role—you’ll be working directly with me in a boutique, owner-led agency where we take a very personal approach to care.</div><div>I’m very hands-on with our clients and families, and I’m looking for a nurse who shares that same level of attention, thoughtfulness, and heart.</div><div>This role is perfect for someone who has stepped away from full-time nursing but still wants to stay connected in a meaningful way—without the stress, long shifts, or heavy caseload.<br><br>

</ul><div><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></div><ul>
<li>Completing in-home assessments based on client needs</li>
<li>Partnering with me to develop personalized, thoughtful care plans</li>
<li>Reviewing caregiver notes and documentation to ensure quality and consistency</li>
<li>Identifying any changes in condition and providing guidance as needed</li>
<li>Helping ensure each client’s home environment is safe and appropriate for care</li>

</ul><div><strong>What I’m Looking For</strong></div><ul>
<li>Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina</li>
<li>Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail</li>
<li>Someone who is calm, thoughtful, and communicates with ease</li>
<li>Experience in home care is a plus, but not required</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license</li>
<li>CPR/First Aid certification</li>

</div><div><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></div><ul>
<li>CNA or HHA license preferred or 6 months of full-time work or 12 months of part-time work caring for geriatric or chronically ill persons</li>
<li>Exceptional communication skills</li>
<li>Reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must also have proof of a valid driver's license and auto insurance </li>
<li>Proof of current TB testing</li>
<li>Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position</li>
<li>Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable</li>
<li>Pass a criminal background check (national and required by the state)</li>
