<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>
<strong>HCA certification required</strong> (or CNA license preferred)</li>
<li>Minimum 6 months full-time / 12 months part-time caregiving experience</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and compassionate demeanor</li>
<li>Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance (if transporting clients)</li>
<li>Proof of current TB testing</li>
<li>Physical ability to perform caregiving duties</li>
<li>Punctual, mature, and trustworthy</li>
<li>Ability to pass national/state background checks</li>

</div><ul>
<li>Provide companionship and meaningful conversation</li>
<li>Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, meals)</li>
<li>Support safe mobility and transportation to appointments</li>
<li>Prepare meals and provide medication reminders</li>
<li>Follow emergency protocols and safety procedures</li>
<li>Engage clients in activities they enjoy to promote wellness</li>
<li>Document care provided according to agency standards</li>
