<li>Proven experience as a caregiver or healthcare aide.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages, including English and at least one other </li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>

<li>Knowledge of basic caregiving techniques and safety protocols.</li>

<li>Provide personal care assistance or ADLs.</li>
<li>Assist with medication reminders and basic health monitoring.</li>
<li>Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with clients in their preferred language to build trust and rapport.</li>
<li>Coordinate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure continuity of care.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.</li>
