</div><div>Homewatch CareGivers is <strong>seeking in-home Childcare Caregivers</strong>. As part of our care team, you will be able to build meaningful relationships with clients, grow your skill set with our free online learning academy, and have a flexible schedule. <li>Provide attentive, nurturing care for children in a safe and loving environment</li>
<li>Prepare meals and snacks for children, ensuring a balanced diet</li>
<li>Help with personal care tasks like bathing and dressing</li>
<li>Assist with household duties, including laundry, light cleaning, and meal preparation</li>
<li>Follow and enforce family rules and routines</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with parents regarding daily activities and child updates</li>
<li>Follow the care plan to assist clients with personal care needs</li>
</ul><div><strong>Who You Are:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated</li>
<li>Able to work independently and responsibly</li>
<li>Observant, able to identify and report changes in client conditions</li>
</ul><div><strong>Qualifications:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Previous childcare or nanny experience preferred</li>
<li>CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)</li>
<li>Warm, patient, and energetic personality</li>
<li>Ability to pass background checks</li>
<li>Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation</li>
<li>Bilingual is a plus!</li>
