Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Homecare Manager based in Navi Mumbai. The Homecare Manager will oversee daily operations of care services, ensuring that all clients receive compassionate, high-quality support. Key responsibilities include managing care plans, coordinating with medical professionals, supervising caregiving staff, and maintaining strong communication with clients and their families. The Homecare Manager will also develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, ensure compliance with regulations, and foster a positive environment for staff and clients alike.
Qualifications
- Strong management and leadership skills, with an ability to oversee caregiving teams and coordinate care plans effectively
- Knowledge of healthcare practices and experience in eldercare facilities or community services
- Interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with clients, families, and staff
- Organizational skills for scheduling, record-keeping, and maintaining regulatory compliance
- Problem-solving abilities to address challenges in caregiving and operational workflows
- Empathy, patience, and a strong commitment to improving the lives of senior citizens
- Relevant certifications or formal education in healthcare management, geriatric care, or related fields is highly advantageous
- Familiarity with advanced caregiving technologies and processes is a plus
