Teacher Partners at Openhouse deliver engaging, high-quality classes for children while taking ownership of student progress, parent experience, and the overall learning environment. This role is ideal for folks who enjoy working with children and helping them build confidence through communication, storytelling, and presentations.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Prepare for and conduct 1:1 sessions using the Openhouse curriculum, engaging every child in hands-on learning.
• Monitor student progress, maintain documentation, and provide meaningful feedback to parents and the management team through regular updates and progress reports.
• Interact with parents during feedback sessions, workshops, and events, and collaborate with the management team to support student trials and admissions when required.
• Prepare students for showcases, competitions, performances, and other such events.
• Attend training, teacher community events and team meetings.
