Role Description The Home Sample Collection Staff role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. Responsibilities include visiting patients at their homes to collect blood and other diagnostic samples, ensuring proper patient identification and consent, and following strict safety and hygiene protocols. The role involves correctly labeling, storing, and transporting samples to the laboratory in a timely manner and maintaining accurate documentation and records. Team members will communicate clearly and respectfully with patients and colleagues, manage schedules and routes efficiently, and adhere to all clinical, regulatory, and organizational standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in phlebotomy and safe sample collection techniques.
- Candidates should possess skills in infection control, basic first aid, and adherence to clinical safety protocols.
- Candidates should possess skills in patient communication, empathy, and professional customer service.
- Candidates should possess skills in basic record-keeping, sample labeling, and time management.
- Relevant certifications or training in phlebotomy or laboratory technology are beneficial.
- Prior experience in diagnostic centers, hospitals, or home sample collection is an advantage.
- Ability to travel locally within Hyderabad and work flexible hours when needed.
- Commitment to confidentiality, ethical conduct, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
