Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Home Loan Specialist based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Home Loan Specialist will assist customers in the home financing process, providing guidance on mortgage options, analyzing applications, and facilitating the loan approval process. The role also involves ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, maintaining excellent customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to offer tailored housing solutions. Candidates will act as trusted advisors to customers, empowering them with informed decisions about their home loan needs.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of the Mortgage Industry and experience in Mortgage Lending
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Understanding of Loans and their processes
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Proficiency in financial documentation and knowledge of regulatory compliance
- Previous experience in home loan advisory or banking services is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field
