Direct Selling Agent (DSA) – Home Loans
🧾 Key Responsibilities
- Source new customers for home loans / mortgage loans
- Develop leads through:
- Builder / broker / property consultant networks
- Personal references and field marketing
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products
- Collect and verify documents (KYC, income proofs, property papers)
- Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for:
- Login
- Approval
- Disbursement
- Follow up regularly with clients and financial institutions
- Maintain customer relationships for repeat and referral business
- Achieve monthly sales targets
✅ Qualifications
- Graduate (preferred)
- 12th pass with strong sales experience can also apply
✅ Experience
- 3–5 years in:
- Banking / NBFC
- Loan sales (Home Loan, LAP, Mortgage)
- Real estate / insurance sales
- Freshers with good communication skills can be considered
✅ Skills Required
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Sales-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of:
- Home loan process
- Interest rates & eligibility
- Networking ability with builders / brokers
- Field work readiness
