We Are Hiring – Home Loan Officer (HDFC)
Job Role: Home Loan Officer
Process: Home Loans
Salary: ₹16,000 to ₹23,000 In-Hand
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate freshers can apply.
- Graduation is mandatory for fresher candidates.
- HSC candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of telesales/sales experience.
- Candidates with prior sales or telesales experience will be preferred.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and convert them into home loan opportunities.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their financial requirements.
- Explain home loan products, features, eligibility and applicable processes.
- Recommend suitable loan solutions based on customer requirements.
- Follow up with prospective customers regularly.
- Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
- Coordinate with customers for required documentation.
- Follow up on applications and coordinate for smooth processing.
- Maintain a professional relationship with customers throughout the process.
