Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Home Loan Sales Executive role based in Gurgaon. The Home Loan Sales Executive will be responsible for driving home loan sales by identifying and engaging with prospective customers, assessing their needs, and providing tailored financial solutions. Responsibilities include managing leads, maintaining relationships with clients and channel partners, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the loan application and disbursement process.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and build relationships
- Ability to understand and assess customer financial needs and recommend suitable home loan products
- Knowledge of financial products, especially home loans, and an understanding of the lending process
- Proficiency in customer service standards and ensuring a smooth customer experience
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple customer cases simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the banking or financial services sector is an added advantage
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and related technology
