Role Description
The Home Loan Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving business growth by acquiring, managing, and retaining clients interested in home loan products. Responsibilities include conducting financial assessments, offering tailored home loan solutions, fostering strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon, requiring effective collaboration with internal teams and excellent customer engagement skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management
- Familiarity with home loan products, financial assessments, and banking processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage time effectively
- Experience in financial services or real estate industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
