📌 Role: Key Account Manager (KAM) – Home Loan Sales
📍 Location: Mumbai (Open Market)
🕒 Shift: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM | Monday–Saturday (Sunday fixed off)
✨ What You’ll Do:
Generate home loan leads through open market channels
Build strong partnerships with real estate builders & connectors
Guide customers through home loan options (60+ bank tie-ups)
Manage the complete process from sourcing to disbursement
Drive monthly disbursement targets (₹2 Cr+)
🎯 Who We’re Looking For:
1+ year experience in Home Loan/LAP sales (open market)
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Target-driven mindset with customer-focused approach
