Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lucknow for a Home Loan Sales professional. The responsibilities include engaging with potential customers, understanding their financial needs, and providing suitable home loan solutions. The individual will manage the loan application process, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Additionally, the role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in the Mortgage Industry and expertise in Mortgage Lending and Loans
- Exceptional Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Strong Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and resolution of queries
- Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment and meet deadlines under minimal supervision
- Experience in financial services or housing finance is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant financial technologies and tools is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
