WE’RE HIRING | Credit Assessor – Australian Mortgage | Xperteez Technology
Are you experienced in Australian Mortgage Credit Assessment and passionate about underwriting, risk analysis, and lending compliance?
We are looking for skilled professionals with strong expertise in Australian home loan underwriting and self-employed income calculations to join our growing team.
Location: Embassy Tech Village
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Shift: Day Shift
Salary: ₹6 LPA – ₹15 LPA
Experience Required: 2+ Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Perform detailed credit assessments for Australian mortgage applications
Assess self-employed income and complex loan structures
Review financial statements, credit risk, and supporting loan documents
Ensure compliance with lender policies and regulatory standards
Conduct fraud checks and customer verification processes
Evaluate applications based on the 4 C’s: Capacity, Capital, Credit & Collateral
Coordinate with lenders, brokers, and stakeholders for smooth credit decisions
Approve or decline loan applications based on underwriting guidelines
Mandatory Requirements:
Experience in Australian Mortgage Credit Assessment / Underwriting
Strong expertise in Self-Employed Income Calculation
Knowledge of lending guidelines, compliance, and risk assessment
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Finance/Commerce preferred)
Preferred Candidates: Immediate joiners or candidates with shorter notice periods preferred.
