Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Home Loan Specialist at our Faridabad location. The role involves engaging with clients to understand their home loan requirements, providing tailored financial solutions, and guiding them through the application and approval process. Responsibilities include evaluating loan applications, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, maintaining accurate records, and delivering exceptional customer service to assist clients with achieving their ownership goals.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of home loan products and financial services
- Experience in sales, customer relationship management, and client servicing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for evaluating creditworthiness and loan applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in basic financial software and tools
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a banking, financial, or related setting is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
