Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Home Loan Specialist located in Faridabad. The responsibilities include assessing customer needs for home loans, guiding clients through the application and approval processes, and ensuring compliance with all mortgage lending requirements. The role also involves collaborating with customers to provide excellent service, maintaining precise loan documentation, and communicating effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful loan processing and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in the Mortgage Industry, including Mortgage Lending and Loans.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and resolve inquiries.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, maintain accurate documentation, and work in a detail-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and understanding loan application processes.
- Previous experience in a similar role or the financial sector is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment.
