Join a team that helps clients feel safe, supported, and cared for at home. We’re looking for compassionate Caregivers to provide meaningful, hands-on care for individuals with a range of needs. This role offers a mix of daytime and nighttime shifts and includes weekend coverage.
Schedule
- Day Hours from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Evening Hours from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.
- Coverage needed Monday – Sunday
Strong attendance and reliability are essential.
What You’ll Do
- Provide care and support for clients in a home setting
- Assist with personal care: bathing, dressing, toileting and hygiene
- Support safe transfers (client can assist with pivot transfers but caregiver must actively guide and ensure safety)
- Support catheter care and frequent brief checks (when applicable)
- Monitor for changes in condition and report appropriately
- Encourage mobility and daily activity (some clients may resist — caregiver must guide)
- Stay actively engaged and responsive during the shifts to ensure safety and needs are consistently met.
- Assist with meal preparation and encourage hydration
- Provide medication reminders
- Complete light housekeeping and routine tasks
- Arrive prepared, receive updates from the prior shift, and take ownership of care during your shift

Qualifications
- Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting and eager to learn
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodations
- Valid driver’s license
- Demonstrated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
- Minimum 1 year experience in healthcare, in-home care, hospitality, or similar people-facing roles
- Takes pride in delivering high-quality, companionship-first care
