<li>Light housekeeping</li>
<li>Meal preparation</li>
<li>Transportation</li>
<li>Companionship</li>
<li>Personal care (bathing, toileting)</li>
<li>Follow a plan of care</li>
<li>Communicate professionally with families and your team</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>
</ul><div><strong>Qualifications:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Previous experience in home care preferred but not required</li>
<li>Knowledge of first aid and CPR is highly desirable but not required</li>
<li>Experience working with individuals with dementia or Alzheimer’s care is a plus</li>
<li>Willingness to complete all employment requirements</li>
<li>Valid California Driver’s License and auto insurance</li>
<li>Access to a smartphone and email for scheduling and documentation</li>
<li>Strong commitment to client confidentiality and ethical care practices</li>
