<br>As an ACT, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining continuity of care across multiple clients and locations. Your responsibilities include:</div><ul>
<li>Assisting with personal hygiene and grooming</li>
<li>Supporting safe mobility and transfers</li>
<li>Performing light housekeeping and meal preparation</li>
<li>Offering companionship and emotional support</li>
<li>Documenting care activities and reporting any changes in client condition</li>
<li>Responding quickly to client needs in various homes across assigned areas</li>
</ul><div>What We're Looking For:</div><ul>
<li>Age 18 or older</li>
<li>Active CNA or PCA license <strong>(preferred) OR Willing to become PCA.</strong>
</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation</li>
<li>Current auto insurance</li>
<li>Clean background check and drug screening</li>
<li>Willingness to travel to client homes as needed</li>
</ul>
