What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Support management of Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) schedules using Microsoft Projects / Primavera P6
• Coordinate with project stakeholders on planning and scheduling related items and report requirements
• Generate standard reports on MS Projects and/or Primavera P6 for project life cycle management
• Overlay project schedule updates with baseline schedules to identify and report on schedule impacts
• Develop and implement scheduling reports using earned value management (EVM) concepts and tools
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
• At least 2-3 years of construction management experience
• Basic understanding of scheduling tools (MS Projects and/or Primavera P6)
• Significant experience with Excel and Outlook
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and a team player mindset
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Understanding of Lean Management principles
• Proactive in self-study and training as needed
• Experience in scheduling concepts and practices
