Shifts Available: M-F 7am-4pm; M-F 8am-5pm; M-F 9am-6pm; and M-F 10am-7pm


We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Customer Service & Data Entry Specialist for an immediate contract-to-hire opportunity with our prestigious client, a leader in the healthcare services industry. This is a fully remote position where you will play a crucial role in the patient enrollment process, directly impacting patient access to vital programs.

What You'll Do


  • Process Patient Information: Accurately perform high-volume data entry of patient enrollment forms, prior authorizations, and other sensitive documents received via fax and mail.
  • Conduct Provider Outreach: Place professional, outbound calls to healthcare providers' offices and patients to collect missing information or clarify details on submitted forms.
  • Ensure Accuracy and Efficiency: Thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment, effectively multitasking to manage data processing and follow-up calls.


What You'll Bring


  • Experience: Previous work experience in a Healthcare or Customer Service setting is required.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical Skills: Professional-level computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and web-based applications, along with strong keyboarding/typing abilities.
  • Communication: Proven ability to handle high-pressure, time-sensitive situations with excellent judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Work Ethic: A dependable, coachable individual with strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.

  • HIPAA-Compliant Workspace: You must have a secure home office with a door that can be closed at all times to ensure the confidentiality and protection of sensitive patient information.
