About the role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a primary point of contact for our customers, responsible for delivering a prompt, efficient, and positive experience. This role combines customer support with data entry, allowing you to handle customer orders and requests from the comfort of your home. Schedule & Location

  • Schedule: Full-Time, 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM
  • Days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday (Off Wednesday & Thursday).
  • Location: Remote (Work from Home).


Responsibilities

  • Handle an average of 110 customer interactions per shift, including inbound and outbound calls.
  • Receive and process customer orders accurately by telephone in accordance with company standards.
  • Document all customer activity and order details into the DDF system.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to all customer inquiries.
  • Solve routine customer issues and escalate complex problems to a supervisor when necessary.
  • Enter orders received via fax and effectively operate the phone system.
  • Adhere to the assigned work schedule to ensure consistent customer coverage.


Must-Have Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to type 35–40 words per minute.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Available to work the required schedule: Friday through Tuesday.

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications.
  • Experience handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
