Role Description
KV Human Resources Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a full-time Home Care Supervisor to be based on-site in Delhi, India. The Home Care Supervisor will oversee and manage caregiving staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, training, and compliance monitoring, as well as maintaining communication with clients and their families. The Supervisor will also be responsible for addressing service quality issues, ensuring adherence to care plans, and fostering a positive work environment for all team members.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills to effectively oversee caregiving staff and operations.
- Proficiency in communication, including verbal and written skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, families, and team members.
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and time-management abilities, with a focus on conflict resolution and ensuring timely service delivery.
- Understanding of home care regulations, compliance policies, and customer-centric practices to maintain high standards of care.
- Familiarity with documentation processes and experience in maintaining accurate client records and reports.
- Relevant certification or a degree in healthcare, nursing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the home care or healthcare industry is an advantage.
