Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Home Care Sales role based in Bengaluru. The individual in this role will identify and engage potential clients needing home and personal care services, build relationships with healthcare partners, and promote ANASTOMOS’s home care offerings. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings and facility visits, understanding care requirements, presenting tailored solutions, and following up to close sales opportunities. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, coordinating with care teams to ensure smooth service activation, and participating in local outreach or events to expand the network. The Home Care Sales professional will work closely with internal stakeholders to align service delivery with client expectations and contribute to sales targets and growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated understanding of Home Care services and Elder Care needs.
- Experience with Personal Care and Caregiving support, with sensitivity to diverse client requirements.
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to explain services clearly and build trust with clients and families.
- Background in healthcare sales, home health, or related service industry is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, travel locally for client visits, and manage a field-based schedule.
- Proven ability to meet sales goals, handle multiple leads, and maintain accurate documentation in CRM or similar tools.
- Diploma or degree in healthcare, social work, business, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Commitment to ethical, person-centered care and a collaborative approach with clinical and operations teams.
