Monitor patients continuously and record the critical elements in critical care chart
Provide education to patients and families on proper home health care procedures and strategies.
Travelling to patients home and manage their care plans.
Administering medications as per schedule.
Inspecting wounds , changing dressings , and handling personal grooming and hygiene.
Keep the patient comfortable through
Providing Suggestions for improved healthcare.
Coordinating with Physio and Diet Departments.
