Senior High School – Main Campus
7.5 hours/day – 10 Month Position

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated proficiency with word processing, bookkeeping, and computer skills.
• Knowledge of software programs is relevant to the position, with the ability to learn new systems
quickly.
• Successful completion and competence of job-related interview tasks.
• Ability to complete performance tasks.
• Minimum of one year of general office experience; experience in a school environment preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent organizational and record-
keeping abilities.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Maintain accurate records for athletics, performing arts, and events, including eligibility documentation,
rosters, participation records, facility use agreements, insurance documentation, and end-of-season
reports.
2. Coordinate schedules for practices, performances, games, tournaments, rehearsals, meetings, and special
events using district scheduling software, including FMX; process changes, cancellations, and conflicts in a
timely manner.
3. Prepare and distribute schedules, calendars, early dismissals, transportation requests, and event
communications to staff, students, families, and external partners as appropriate.
4. Monitor and process academic eligibility and required documentation, including weekly progress reports
and compliance paperwork for governing bodies and district requirements.
5. Provide logistical support for on-campus and off-campus events, including facility access, setup
coordination, custodial and operations collaboration, officials or staffing needs, and day-of event
adjustments.
6. Serve as a primary point of contact for coaches, directors, advisors, staff, community users, and outside
organizations regarding scheduling, facility use, and event coordination.
7. Process and maintain financial records related to activities and events, including invoicing, deposits,
payments, pay-to-participate fees, billing, and reconciliation in accordance with district procedures.

8. Assist with special events such as tournaments, performances, banquets, and ceremonies, including
preparation of awards, programs, certificates, and other materials.
9. Support communications and promotional efforts for athletics and events, including maintaining
calendars, website updates, and social media content (e.g., Athlete of the Week) using district-approved
platforms.
10. Assist with box office operations, ticketing support, promotions, and community communications as
assigned.
11. Provide support for events, including responding to time-sensitive or urgent scheduling and facility issues
as needed.
12. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while managing high-volume, deadline-driven work with
frequent interruptions.
13. Perform other duties as assigned by administration.

The performance of this job will be evaluated annually in accordance with provisions of the Board’s policy on
Evaluation of Classified Personnel and Bargaining Agreement by supervisors.
