Analyst - Data Analyst

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain data analysis and reporting solutions to support business decision making - Analyze complex data sets, identify trends and patterns, and provide insights to stakeholders - Design and implement data models, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions - Continuously improve data quality, integrity, and accessibility - Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools and techniques Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field - 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, data mining, or business intelligence - Proficient in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders - Experience in data warehouse design and implementation is a plus - Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus
