You will prospect, you will close, and you will be held to production goals. <li>Minimum 2 years of sales experience with quota or commission accountability <em>(required)</em>
</li>
<li>Demonstrated track record of hitting sales targets</li>
<li>Comfortable with outbound prospecting this is not an inbound-only role</li>
<li>Must be willing to obtain P&C and L/H insurance license (we support your training)</li>
<li>Must be available to work fully in-office no remote or hybrid options</li>
