About the role
As a Secure Start Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the Secure Start program for Hollister Incorporated. The Secure Start program provides ostomy supplies and accessories to eligible individuals in need. In this role, you will work closely with Hollister's Secure Start team to process and fulfill orders, provide customer service, and maintain accurate records and reporting. Responsibilities include:
- Process and fulfill Secure Start orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to Secure Start program participants
- Maintain accurate records and reporting related to the Secure Start program
- Collaborate with the Secure Start team to identify and implement process improvements
- Assist with other Secure Start program tasks as needed
