The Paid Media Specialist works directly within ad platforms, supports testing and reporting initiatives, and collaborates with internal teams and agency partners to ensure campaigns are launched accurately, on time, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Campaign Execution

Build, launch, and monitor paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other digital advertising platforms. Support day-to-day campaign trafficking, setup, and pacing to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and efficiently. Reporting and Performance Monitoring

Pull daily and weekly campaign performance reports, highlighting trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization. Track key paid media metrics including CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, and ROAS. Monitor budget pacing and escalate spend or delivery issues promptly to the Paid Media Manager. Document campaign performance and contribute to regular reporting processes that inform media strategy and decision-making.

Testing and Optimization

Support A/B testing efforts by building ad variants, tracking results, and documenting learnings. Assist in identifying opportunities to improve targeting, creative performance, and campaign efficiency. Research competitor advertising, industry trends, and platform updates, sharing relevant findings with the team. Help ensure campaigns follow best practices for structure, targeting, creative rotation, and optimization.

Cross Functional Coordination

Partner with internal marketing teams, creative teams, product stakeholders, and external agencies to ensure assets are delivered on time and to spec. Collaborate with team members to align campaign execution with promotional calendars, product priorities, and business objectives. Support communication between stakeholders to ensure campaign details, timelines, and deliverables are accurate and clearly understood.
