Job Role:
We are looking for a dedicated candidate to handle backend support for our USA-based travel operations, ensuring smooth coordination and timely service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries & resolve issues efficiently
• Assist in visa documentation & processing
• Support ticketing and booking operations
• Ensure seamless backend support for international clients
Requirements:
• 0 – 2 years experience in travel or related field
• Willing to work in night shift (USA timings)
• Good communication & organizational skills
• GDS ticketing knowledge is an added advantage
